CapEasy’s registered office is in Indore, at Mahalaxmi Nagar — this is one of only two cities where we have a physical office, alongside Ahmedabad. Companies incorporated or operating from Indore fall under the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, and can apply for support under Madhya Pradesh’s state startup policy in addition to central schemes.
Indore is Madhya Pradesh’s largest commercial centre, and the state government has been visibly building on that: MSME technology and testing facilities, an incubator network anchored around Crystal IT Park, and a state seed fund route that sits alongside the central Startup India Seed Fund Scheme. None of that changes the mechanics of incorporation or compliance, which are run through the same national systems as anywhere else in India — it changes which state-level support a company here is actually eligible for.
Which Registrar of Companies covers Indore
Registrar of Companies, Gwalior. RoC Gwalior holds jurisdiction over the whole of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh — there is no separate RoC for Indore or for Madhya Pradesh alone. In practice this changes nothing about how a filing is made: incorporation, name approval and annual filings all go through the MCA’s central portal (SPICe+, MCA21) regardless of which RoC scrutinises the file. What it does affect is where physical correspondence, inspection notices and any office-of-RoC hearings are addressed — Gwalior, not Bhopal or Indore. A registered office anywhere in Madhya Pradesh, including Indore, files under this RoC.
What is specific to Indore
- Madhya Pradesh’s Incubation and Startup Policy was relaunched in Indore in May 2026, alongside a state seed capital fund and incentives (investment top-up, lease rental assistance, patent cost support) run through the state MSME department in Bhopal — a company must be registered in Madhya Pradesh to claim most of these, and the paperwork is separate from anything filed with the MCA.
- The city’s incubator base is centred on Crystal IT Park (MPSEDC) along with institution-linked incubators at IIT Indore and IIM Indore; state assistance for incubator seat expansion has been pushing more of these to open capacity.
- Indore’s startup base is broad rather than concentrated in one sector — IT services and product companies sit alongside a large manufacturing and trading base, which is typical of a city built on commerce and pharma/auto ancillary industry rather than a single tech cluster.
- Because Madhya Pradesh’s scheme support runs through state channels rather than the MCA, a company here often ends up dealing with two separate compliance calendars: RoC/MCA filings under Gwalior’s jurisdiction, and state scheme reporting under Bhopal’s. Keeping the two apart avoids missed deadlines on either side.
How we work with companies in Indore
We have an office here, so meetings in person are straightforward. Most of the work still happens over email and WhatsApp because that is faster for everyone. What does not change is that one named person owns your file. The detail of each service lives on its own page — start at registrations, virtual CFO & compliance, or the MCA guides if you would rather read first.
