Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 June 2026.

This policy explains how CapEasy Consulting Pvt Ltd (“CapEasy”, “we”, “us”) handles the information you share with us through our website and enquiry forms. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or eligibility form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, company name, and the answers you give about your business (for example entity type, DPIIT recognition status and how long you’ve been incorporated). We also record basic attribution data such as the page you came from and campaign parameters in the link.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess which schemes and services you may be eligible for, contact you about that enquiry, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example email and hosting), and where required by law.

Consent & your choices

We contact you on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@capeasy.in. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations.
