About this programme
The Haryana Startup Policy Seed Grant Scheme, notified on July 23, 2024, provides up to ₹10 lakh per startup in financial support for early-stage validation and prototype development. The grant supports proof-of-concept, prototype development, market research, and commercialization activities. The policy is valid from July 7, 2022 to July 6, 2027, and operates on a call-based rolling basis with specific quotas for different district categories. It is run by Government of Haryana.
A grant is financial support you don’t repay — awarded against eligibility and, usually, agreed milestones or utilisation of funds. The amount and form of support that actually apply to you depend on the programme’s rules and how your application is assessed — they are not fixed for every applicant.
It is aimed at businesses in haryana · early-stage startups. Like most government programmes, it has its own eligibility conditions, documentation and application window, and these terms are revised from time to time. Because of that, it is worth confirming the current eligibility, amount and deadline on the official programme page before you invest time in applying.
