Incubator and accelerator programmes that come with funding
40 verified programmes in the CapEasy funding directory. Every entry links to its official source.
These are programmes that combine a cohort — mentoring, workspace, investor access — with actual money, either as a grant, a stipend or a small equity cheque. That is the distinction worth caring about: a large number of Indian incubators offer support and networking but no capital, and applying to them on the assumption that funding follows is a common way to lose a quarter.
Most of the programmes here are run by academic or government-backed incubators, so selection is usually cohort-based with fixed intake windows rather than rolling. Read the stage requirement before the amount: a prototype-stage programme will not take an idea on a slide deck, however good the idea is.

Questions founders ask.
It varies, and the directory entry states it where the programme discloses it. Government-backed and academic incubators frequently give grants or stipends with no equity. Private accelerators more often take a small equity stake in exchange for a cheque and a cohort. Always confirm on the official programme page before applying.
Generally yes, but individual programmes often bar you from holding two funded cohort places at once, and some government schemes explicitly exclude applicants already funded under the same central scheme. Check each programme's own terms.
Most funded programmes require a registered entity, and many require DPIIT recognition on top. A few idea-stage and student programmes accept individuals or teams. The eligibility summary on each entry states the position for that programme.
